Claire Tinkler has never been your typical CPA. A self-proclaimed rebel, misfit, and legal rule-breaker, she founded Tinkler Professional Accounting Services to help entrepreneurs, creatives, individuals, and fellow outliers take control of their finances, build real wealth, and do business (or money) their way.
Her money-savvy roots run deep — balancing her bank account at 13 to save up for that must-have Nelly CD (essential), Claire always knew she wanted to make life work on her terms.
But her path wasn’t exactly linear. After starting college in Pre-Pharmacy and realizing chemistry was not the vibe, she took her dad’s advice — “You’d be a great CPA” — and ran with it. She spent years grinding through state jobs and public accounting, frustrated by the outdated, one-size-fits-all approach to finance.
In 2016, she got fired without warning — and it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to her. Her dad’s voice echoed:
“Start your own firm. Shit on them.” So she did.
For years, Tinkler Professional Accounting simmered as a side hustle — until 2023, when Claire finally bet on herself. In under 18 months, she grew her firm from $20K to six figures and began helping clients do the same.
Since then, she and her team have helped save clients millions in taxes — from overwhelmed to organized, from overpaying to building real wealth, from barely surviving to confidently thriving.

Chase grew up in Zachary, Louisiana, where he graduated high school before diving straight into the workforce. His career began in the sheet metal and HVAC industry, where he worked his way up from a helper to an Operations Manager over the course of 20 years. This growth came from working with three different companies, each offering him unique experiences and challenges that shaped his career. One of the most impactful moments in his journey was having the privilege of learning directly from his dad, who served as both a mentor and a role model. Through his guidance and Chase’s experience in management, he’s developed critical and accurate decision-making skills that have been instrumental in his success.
Looking ahead, Chase is excited about new opportunities to build innovative support systems that benefit not only his team but also the clients he works with.
Outside of work, he finds joy in exploring the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking in a National Park, a state park, or simply enjoying a walk along a greenway, he values the peace and inspiration nature provides. This passion for the outdoors has also influenced his interest in remote work, as it allows him to balance professional responsibilities with his love for exploration and adventure.

He earned his Master of Professional Accounting from Eastern Washington University, where he built a strong foundation in financial management and developed a deep appreciation for the impact of solid accounting on small business success.
He’s committed to delivering the same level of care and clarity he valued throughout his academic journey—now applied to helping real businesses thrive.
When he’s not crunching numbers, Darlington enjoys the great outdoors. His favorite hobbies include paddleboarding, camping, hiking, and fishing. Time in nature keeps him grounded, focused, and inspired—qualities he brings back to his work with clients every day.
